Ironside Nitrogen Services is spearheaded by Matthew Olson, a seasoned industry leader with 14 years of experience. Most recently, Olson served as a key player at Gladiator Energy, where he spearheaded critical projects and fostered a culture of excellence.

Joining Olson at the helm is Shawn Cherry, a highly respected nitrogen specialist with an impressive 21-year career. Recognized as a foremost expert in the nitrogen business, Cherry previously held a leadership position at STEP Energy Services.

Adding to the leadership team is Eric Shaffer, Director of Operations, brings extensive field leadership from top companies like STEP Energy and Extreme N2. With a reputation for operational excellence, Shaffer emphasizes that Ironside’s team is built from seasoned professionals dedicated to delivering industry-leading service and innovation.

Rounding out the executive team is Chris Kidsley, a strategic leader with over 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
