We’re looking for 3 motivated individuals to join our team as Nitrogen Operators through our 12-month paid training program. Here’s what makes this opportunity unique:

Responsibilities:

· Assists Nitrogen Supervisor with all aspects of nitrogen operations.

· Operates Nitrogen pumps and associated equipment with supervision.

· Mobilizes equipment by driving Nitrogen pumps and transports, or pickup trucks to the job location.

· Conducts the pre-job and post-job inspections and testing of the Nitrogen pumps, transports, and any other auxiliary equipment.

· Conducts the maintenance and general upkeep of the Nitrogen units and related equipment.

· Maintains a safe work area or job site by following the company's HSE and Standard Operating Procedures manuals.

· Monitors/inspects and adjusts all major equipment during operations to ensure the equipment's adequate operation.

· Trains with operators on Nitrogen equipment operations and procedures.

· Delegates certain job tasks to junior operators during job operation.

· Writes accurate daily logs, pre- and post-job reports, JSA’s, and other documentation as required.

· Actively participates in JSA’s and safety meetings.

· Has read and understands company SOPs related to the Nitrogen service line.

· Deliver and/or load DOT-regulated vehicles both in-state and between states carrying company property that is used in furtherance of the business and which substantially affects safety in intrastate transportation.


Requirements:

· Must have a High School diploma/GED preferred or equivalent experience.

· Must have a TWIC card or be able to obtain one.

· Must be available to work in the field on varying shifts.

· Must be able to work extended hours/weekends, plus overnight stays when necessary.

· Must be able to pass background, MVR, physical fit test, and drug test.

· Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, fellow employees, and supervisors.

· Ability to effectively present information to management.

· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, and decimals.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Ability to Commute: Midland, TX 79706 (Required)

Ability to Relocate: Midland, TX 79706: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and oversee nitrogen operations, providing guidance and mentorship to junior operators. 
  • Operate Nitrogen pumps and associated equipment with expertise and efficiency. 
  • Mobilize equipment, including driving Nitrogen pumps and transport, to job locations. 
  • Conduct thorough pre-job and post-job inspections and testing of Nitrogen pumps, transports, and auxiliary equipment. 
  • Perform preventative maintenance and upkeep on Nitrogen units and related equipment. 
  • Champion a safe work environment by strictly adhering to company HSE and Standard Operating Procedures. 
  • Monitor, inspect, and adjust equipment during operations to ensure optimal performance. 
  • Train and mentor junior operators on equipment operations and procedures. 
  • Delegate tasks effectively to junior operators during job operations. 
  • Maintain meticulous records, including daily logs, pre- and post-job reports, JSAs, and other required documentation. 
  • Actively participate in JSAs and safety meetings. 
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company SOPs related to the Nitrogen service line. 
  • Deliver and/or load DOT-regulated vehicles both in-state and between states, ensuring compliance and safety. 


Requirements: 

  • Class A CDL with clean driving record 
  • Tanker endorsement (or the ability or obtain it) 
  • High School diploma/GED preferred or equivalent experience. 
  • Extensive experience as a Nitrogen Pump Operator is essential. 
  • Valid TWIC card or ability to obtain one. 
  • Flexibility to work in the field on varying shifts, including extended hours/weekends and overnight stays when necessary. 
  • Ability to pass background check, MVR, DOT physical, fit test, and drug test. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. 
  • Proficiency in basic math skills. 


Compensation and Benefits: 

  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year plus job bonus (commensurate with experience) 
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Company paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee. 
  • Profit Sharing: After 12 months of employment, you will be eligible to participate in our profit-sharing program. 
  • Equity Participation: After 36 months of employment, you will receive equity participation in the company.

Relocation: Relocation to Midland, TX before starting work is preferred.
